1.How much is the shipping?

We've got your shipping covered! The cost is automatically calculated for each country and will be shown at checkout. Here's a quick overview:

• Germany only: Orders below €70.00 have a shipping fee of €4.90. Above €70, it's on us – free shipping!
• France, Italy, Austria: Orders under €99.99 have a €6.90 shipping fee. Cross the €100 mark, and voilà, shipping is free!
• Rest of the world Flat rates apply! €11.90 for international shipping. Be aware there might be additional custom fees for some countries.
• Exchanges: Good news! Return and new delivery are free for exchanges within Germany. For other returns, it's €4.90 per package for Germany and up to €11,90 for other countries.
  
  

2. How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped with DPD or DHL; Once it's on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email.

3. My shipment is lost – what can I do?

Oh no, sorry to hear that! Just shoot us an email at support@beatropes.com, and our team will sort it out pronto.

4. How long does delivery take?

For deliveries within Germany, expect 2-3 days, and internationally, it's usually 4-6 days, depending on your location and when you place your order.

5. How does the return shipping work?

Easy-peasy! Contact our customer service at support@beatropes.com or through our contact form. Make sure your item is in tip-top shape, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
