FAQ
Wondering about the ideal rope length?

Choosing the right rope length can be tricky, but don't worry, we've got you covered! Here are some tips:

  • For beginners, longer ropes offer more room for learning without too much worry about making mistakes.
  • 2 easy ways to make a safe choice, add 90cm or 3” to your own height or stand with 1 foot on the rope and the handle ends should just touch your armpits.
  • If you're experienced or naturally coordinated, it's all about what feels best for you, and for this you can adjust all our ropes in length with ease. Cut your ropes when you`ve found you ideal length yourself.
How often should you jump?

This is a good question and a vital one for your progress and safety. Here's what we suggest:

  • For beginners: skip 1-2 times x 30 min a week
  • For seasoned athletes: skip 3-5 times x 30 min a week

It all depends on how fit you are, which surface you jump on and always listen to your body and take breaks to recover.

Do I need a jump mat?

A jump mat isn't necessarily required for jumping rope, but it can be beneficial for Impact of Absorbation and helps the durability of your rope.

Do I need to wear shoes?

We recommend wearing proper shoes while jumping rope, it safes you a lot of pain,  especially the heavier the rope, the heavier the pain.

Which rope is for me?
  • The Light is more easy and dancy, with the right amount of workout effect.
  • The Heavy is aimed for a harder workout! It´s fun but it will challenge you.
Rope recommendation?
  • For the most long lasting fun, we recommend using the ropes indoor, but they are built for In- and Outdoor use and ready to take a beating.
  • All ropes can be easily cut in length, only the Heavy will need a steelcutter to cut.
  • It can help to warm/heat up the part where you want to cut or also fix the Rope Stoppers.
  • Adjusting the rope is easy with our simple and functional rope stoppers. Warming/heating up the rope also can help to lock the rope stoppers.
How to cut the rope?
  • Cutting the rope should be done when you found your ideal length and you want to add the extra weight.
  • For the Light Rope use a scissor or a knife. Warming up the part where you cut, can help.
  • For the Heavy Rope you will need a steel cutter as you have to cut through 4mm of steel.
Do you have a warranty or return/exchange policy?

Absolutely! We stand behind our handles with a 3-year warranty! Unfortunately ropes aren't covered by our warranty, but that's a common occurrence with jump ropes. You might need replacements eventually. We're proud to offer a 30-day size exchange guarantee or a risk-free return policy.
